First Step

Define Project Parameter

Our team begins each project by understanding the scope, schedule, budget and design intent. We will leverage our experience focused on curved and complex geometry to develop the optimal framing system for your project.

Second Step

Develop Constructable Solution

We collaborate with the Project Team to ensure the framing system is constructable and achieves the schedule, budget and design intent requirements. After approval, Curv2tech delivers the design as a set of 2D & 3D virtual documentation and prepares for fabrication.

  • Develop framing strategies with your team
  • Develop 3D parametric model & test the strategies
  • Validate framing design via virtual and/or physical mock-ups as required
  • Develop framing rules and parameters for structural
  • Coordinate structural engineering analysis as required
  • Deliver Delegated Design documentation as required
  • Develop installation strategy for each framing system
  • Update budget estimate to a final bid

DELIVERABLES

  • Drawings for physical mock-up as required
  • Comprehensive virtual documentation set for customer approval (3D model, 2D drawing set, engineering & specification documents as required)
  • Detailed final bid
  • Delegated Design for approval by local officials as required









Third Step

Deliver Precision Framing

Once the framing design is approved, we convert the data from the 3D model and send to CNC equipment for precision fabrication. Our framing system is delivered to your site ready for construction: sequenced, labeled and color-coded for efficient construction via our installation drawings.

  • Develop virtual model for verification/approval & for direct to CNC fabrication
  • Fabricate custom framing components
  • Assemble unitized systems as required
  • Create installation drawings for efficient construction
  • Sequence and package all framing components for shipping
